Therapy with Sayeeda
Are you ready to move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected to feeling more grounded, confident, and in control? YES YOU ARE.
Using evidence-based approaches like IFS, Brainspotting, and Play Therapy, my services target the root of emotional and behavioral challenges—not just the surface symptoms. This leads to long-term improvements in emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”- Carl Jung
Sayeeda Kausar, LCSW
My passion is supporting children, teens, adults, and families in feeling more connected, understood, and empowered. With experience working across different age groups and needs, I use an integrative approach that includes IFS, Brainspotting, and Play Therapy to gently support healing at both the emotional and deeper levels. My work focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and begin to make sense of what they’re going through.
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work, I am dedicated to supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I also hold a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential, which allows me to support individuals navigating substance use and related concerns. My experience in both school-based and clinical settings gives me a well-rounded understanding of how emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges show up across different stages of life. My approach is tailored to your unique needs.
I am IFS Level 1 trained and certified in Brainspotting, and I am currently working toward my Play Therapy certification. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as they process experiences, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting healing.
