Therapeutic Generations
Adults
I offer a space to process life experiences, manage stress, and work through anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Using an integrative approach that includes IFS and Brainspotting, sessions focus on deeper healing, self-awareness, and creating lasting emotional change. Addiction/ substance use treatment.
Parent Support & Coaching
Parent sessions provide guidance, tools, and support to help navigate behavioral challenges, emotional concerns, and parenting stress. The focus is on strengthening parent-child relationships, improving communication, and empowering parents with effective, practical strategies.
Children (3 to 11)
I focus on helping young children understand and express their emotions in a safe, supportive environment. Using play therapy, children are able to communicate through play, which is their natural language. Sessions support emotional regulation, behavior challenges, anxiety, and social skills while strengthening confidence and coping skills.
Adolescents (12- 17 years old)
I provide a supportive space for adolescents to navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, identity, peer relationships, and school pressures. Through a combination of talk therapy, IFS-informed work, and Brainspotting, teens can better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves.
Family
Family therapy supports improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships within the family system. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, building connections, and creating a more supportive and balanced family dynamic.
